
A sweet yeasted dough spread with a delicious changing filling which we then roll up, cut into two, twist together and shape into individual babkas. Once baked they're drenched in a vanilla syrup to make them deliciously gooey in the middle. Best on the day they're baked but also good the next day when warmed in the oven.
