Our Christmas Cake is packed with currants, raisins, stem ginger, sour cherries, apricots, prunes, and our own bakery-made candied orange and lemon peel. We've also added tamarind for a touch of tanginess, plus plenty of brandy and rum! Once baked, each cake is carefully fed with more brandy and rum every week to ensure it's as rich and indulgent as possible.
Stored in an airtight container, these cakes will keep for months, making them the perfect festive treat to enjoy through the season.

- Large (approx. 1000g): Serves 8
- Small (approx. 500g): Serves 4
