We love our mince pies here at Tough Mary's Bakehouse. We love them so much that we make two different types of pastry and spend months maturing our own spiced, fruity, boozy (vegan) mince meat.
The pies have a beautifully flaky, buttery pastry on the bottom, are deeply filled with our bakery made mincemeat and then are topped with crumbly spiced pastry. A delightful take on a Christmas classic.
