Skandi Sprouted Rye Sourdough

This loaf is made with a blend of local spelt and rye flours and is packed full of seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed and sprouted rye grains). This loaf is a staff favourite, you can thinly slice this bread and it lasts for almost a full week!
